mccloudCo is a vendor-neutral IT strategy and technology consulting firm. These are the principles behind how we advise: independent guidance, plain language, senior leadership, and honest scoping..

mccloudCo believes IT advice should be independent of any vendor, explained in plain language, and led by experienced consultants. We scope work honestly, recommend only what a client needs, and measure success by whether technology decisions support the organization’s goals.
Our mission
mccloudCo’s mission is to give organizations independent, senior-level guidance on technology so leaders can make confident decisions about their systems, vendors, security, and IT spend. We translate technical complexity into plain-language recommendations and stay accountable for the results of our advice.

We envision a world where every organization, regardless of size or budget, has a trusted technology advisor whose only interest is the client’s success. mccloudCo aims to be the firm leaders call first when technology decisions carry real consequences for their people, their budget, and their risk.

## Independent advice, senior expertise, and accountability in every engagement
mccloudCo is built on one principle: clients should always know what we recommend, why we recommend it, and what it will cost. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to.
### Plain-language communication
We explain technical decisions in business terms and report progress on a regular cadence. Leadership should never need to translate our recommendations.
### Clear scope and pricing
Work is defined in a written Statement of Work and delivered through monthly retainers on a published five-tier ladder. Clients see the scope, hours, and term before they commit.
### Vendor-neutral advice
We recommend what fits the client’s goals and budget, not what a particular vendor sells. Our guidance on platforms, providers, and contracts is independent.
