Thirteen answers covering the platform, the rollout, security review, pricing and what support actually commits to. If one of them reads as vague, say so and we will rewrite it.
Solutions engineers answer directly — no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of them. Most replies land inside four working hours.

A no-cost consultation — we talk through your organization, your goals, and your budget cycle, then either recommend a next step or tell you honestly if now isn't the right time. Nothing is sold on this call.
The consultation is a conversation. The assessment is a short, standalone review — or the first month of an entry-tier retainer — that tells us which tier actually fits, based on your environment rather than a guess.
Once the assessment is complete, you'll have a written recommendation and pricing within a few business days. The retainer begins as soon as the Statement of Work is signed, with your point of contact in place from day one.
A flat monthly retainer per tier, ranging from $1,500 to $9,500/month depending on scope and included hours. Pricing and hours are identical across both practices at every tier.
Included hours are a planning guideline, not a hard cutoff. If a month is trending over, your consultant flags it before it happens — you're never surprise-billed.
Tiers 1–3 carry a 6-month minimum term; Tiers 4–5 carry 12 months, since those shift into ongoing governance work. After that, it runs month-to-month with no auto-renewal into a longer commitment.
A principal consultant, every time. mccloudCo doesn't staff engagements down to junior analysts, regardless of client size or tier.
Every engagement has a named backup consultant and a current runbook, so service continues without interruption.
Yes — fit matters. If the working relationship isn't right, your Client Concierge can help transition the engagement to another principal consultant.
A monthly progress summary covering work performed, hours used, and what's next, plus regular check-ins at a cadence appropriate to your tier.
Published targets by priority: critical issues acknowledged within 30 minutes, high priority within 1 hour, normal within 4 hours, and general requests within 1 business day.
Yes — the rubrics, templates, and playbooks used during the engagement are left with your team, so capability stays after the engagement ends, not just a final report.
Only what's needed for the engagement, granted on a least-privilege basis. Credentials are stored in an encrypted, access-audited vault — never shared in plaintext.
Any credentials or access granted are handed back or revoked cleanly at offboarding, following the same access-control process used throughout.
Yes — a Security Standards document is available on request, and clients often use it directly for their own vendor risk assessments or cybersecurity insurance applications.
Nothing matches that yet. Clear the search or pick another category.

Every trial starts with a full-feature workspace and a seeded warehouse, so you can test the failure cases on this page before pointing anything at production. Connect your own warehouse whenever you are ready — or leave it, and just poke at ours.
No credit card, and no warehouse to connect until you want one.
