Diagnostic-driven advisory
Every tier recommendation traces back to a real assessment of your organization, not a generic template. We map instruction, staffing, budget, and systems before we ever propose a starting point.
How the diagnostic worksContact
A no-cost consultation — we'll talk through your organization, your goals, and your budget cycle, then recommend the right starting point, or tell you honestly if now isn't the time.

Every request goes to a principal consultant, not a queue. Tell us about your school or your business and what's driving the timing, and we come back with a scoped recommendation and a written diagnostic plan.

Practice capabilities
mccloudCo starts every engagement with a no-cost diagnostic of your school or business and maps the gaps in leadership, budget, and governance within weeks. Advisory, monitoring, and compliance then come from one consultant instead of three vendors.

How the diagnostic worksmccloudCo tracks hours used, progress against the plan, and what's next every month, and flags your dedicated consultant the moment something drifts off track — before a small gap becomes a big one.

FAQ
The answers we give before every Statement of Work — commitment, cost, staffing, ownership, and price.
Tiers 1–3 carry a 6-month minimum term; Tiers 4–5 carry 12 months, since those shift into ongoing governance work rather than a defined project. After the minimum term, it runs month-to-month with no additional lock-in — there's no auto-renewal into another long commitment. If something's genuinely not working before the minimum term is up, that's a conversation for your Client Concierge, not a contract trap.
The included hours are a planning guideline, not a hard cutoff. If a month is trending over, your consultant flags it before it happens rather than surprise-billing you afterward — the usual paths are absorbing a one-off spike, or, if it's a consistent pattern, having an honest conversation about whether it's time to step up a tier. You're never charged overage without a heads-up first.
Every engagement is led by a principal consultant, start to finish — mccloudCo doesn't staff work down to junior analysts regardless of client size. You also get a named backup consultant with a current runbook, so a single person's absence never stalls the work.
The rubrics, templates, playbooks, and documented frameworks used during the engagement are left with your team — capability stays after mccloudCo goes, not just a final report. Any credentials or access we've been given get handed back or revoked cleanly at offboarding.
The SOW locks in the recommended tier, scope, and pricing in writing before anything is billed, and that price holds for the term. It only changes if you choose to step up a tier — never unilaterally, and never mid-term without your agreement.
Want me to build these into a polished client-facing PDF (matching the style of the other mccloudCo documents), or is this good as-is for now?
